On one cutting board cut pachetta into thumbnails sized pieces.

Switch cutting board and knife.

Cut the onion finely.

Heat oil a bit on medium heat and add pachetta and onion.

Between stirring the ingredients, chop the following ingredients and add.

Finely chop the garlic, add and stir.

Finely chop celery, add and stir
