instructions

step 1

On one cutting board cut pachetta into thumbnails sized pieces.

step 2

Switch cutting board and knife.

step 3

Cut the onion finely.

step 4

Heat oil a bit on medium heat and add pachetta and onion.

Between stirring the ingredients, chop the following ingredients and add.

Finely chop the garlic, add and stir.

Finely chop celery, add and stir

Add pepper to taste.

When onions and celery are sweet and panchetta is a little browned.

Sprinkle the pepper flakes in and stir.

Chop the parsley finely, add and stir.

Tear the basil and mint leaves, add and stir.

Add can of tomatoes. break larger pieces into smaller pieces, stir.

Cook for about 20 min

Meanwhile start the pasta water, it takes longer than you think.

1/2 lb pachetta

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

one stalk af celery

pepper to taste

3 table spoons parsley

6 leaves of mint

6 leaves of basil

1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes

large can of tomatoes

tools

2 cuttting boards

2 cutting knife

can opener
